Had a bad feeling about these guys from the beginning with lots of over the top, ridiculous pricing for minor issues but (supposedly) they had the right tech to work on our HE heat system. Lots of waiting weeks if not months for parts and often having to come back several times to tie up loose ends that caused the system to fail again. Finally severed relationship after they claimed they installed a new (and profanely expensive!) circulator pump but lied and left the original in which broke down again shortly after the job.

It went ok. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I thought the price was ok. It was difficult to get a hold of them for service after work was completed to correct work.

They had replaced another for me in the past for my first floor.  There is nothing that I dislike. They are very timely, and professional. The first experience was good, and it was the same with this one.

Exactly as planned.  They arrived on time, installed the hot water heater, did a great job cleaning up, and charged as quoted.

The people he sent over were very professional. He himself called me right back and he's very professional. It's just a professional job all around. I'd recommend them all the time. He was right there on the next day.

I spent $250. He gave me a quote and the actual job turned out to be less than the quote. He was very responsive to my call and he gave m a professional call back, he came as quickly as he could and everybody who worked with him was good.

They found the problem which was a pac pipe had collapsed so we had a bathroom leak which was over our kitchen.   They repaired it under an hour, cleaned up and were done.  Extremely pleased and would most definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

I called Jamie on Sunday.  He sent somebody at 8:00a.m. Monday after several s telephone calls. Jamie and his crew are always knowledgable,professionable and considerate!!!!!!  I have used Thompson plumbing in the past and have not been dissatisfied.  I intend to use them in the future!!!!!!!

Three family house = three hot water heaters.  Jamie, Billy and Joey have been out in the last year to replace two.  Telephone communication is clear, responses are prompt.  Prices are fair, work is high quality, workers are competent, fast, nice.  I truly appreciate the professionalism and quality of this business!  (I am not a family member, but I am a repeat customer).

Thompson Plumbing came out about a week after my initial phone call. After a little phone tag back and forth, mostly due to me missing their phone calls back to me, I scheduled an appointment. 2 guys came out and got right to work. They replaced a pipe to an outside hose that had frozen last winter. They installed a drain on the pipe to prevent this problem from happening again in the future. They also fixed a bathroom sink that was leaking. The work was done right and reasonably priced. Highly recommended. Will definitely use again in the future for plumbing work needed.

Jamie immediately responded to 2 emergency phone calls from me in the same week. The crew was at my mom's house in no time and assessed the problems right away. The old hot water heater was swapped out for a new one within hours and the clogged pipe was taken care of on the spot. The guys were knowlegable, friendly, polite and clean about themselves and their work. Jamie has also done work at my house, disconnecting and reconnecting an old gas stove, a radiator and an old dishwasher during a renovation. He also replaced old bathroom pipes that would have caused a lot of problems down the line had Jamie not spotted the issue. I had the same great results with the work done at my home and would recommend the company highly. 

My service was not very good.  The garbage disposal did not work shortly after they installed it.  It was working on and off for about a year.  I tried to use the reset button and that didn't work. My experience was poor.

with him were responsive and completed the work in good time. They removed the old equipment, cleaned out the debris, and did a very neat job of the new installations.

Excellent work. Jamie and his team were very professional. My home was a 1 family converted to a 2 family, but both apartments were still on one heating system. They added a brand new heating system (very efficient and small) for the first floor unit with baseboard heating (gas/steam heat). put a brand new hot water heater (gas), plus added a brand new hot water heater for the 2nd floor unit, and converted it to gas (was previously electric). Overall, I was and remain very satisfied. I believe that paying the price for quality is worth every dime.

Overall, it went better than we had hoped for as this was our first time using someone from Angie's List.

They came for one visit and took out the blower motor. They showed up promptly and as soon as they could. They ordered a new blower that came about five days later. Then, they showed up and put it in. When they got the old blower motor, they took it apart to see what had happened. They told me that some of the blades had deteriorated. They weren't able to offer any guarantee on the longevity of the fan, because one of the fans that had deteriorated was only about five days old. However, they seemed knowledgeable, and they did what they said they would do. The price was reasonable and fair.
