I called J&K to my home to provide an estimate for garage door repair. I was provided a quote for the work, was assured it was a straightforward fix, and paid a requested deposit of $250. I was later informed that J&K was unable to start or perform the repairs as agreed. I requested the return of my deposit multiple times, was told it would be sent, and never received it. J&K Doors stole my deposit - stay away from this shady business.

The service person arrived right on time and immediately began working on the problem. He explained which part needed to be replaced and completed the repair shortly after. I realize this company sells new garage doors and was very pleased by how responsive they were even though we had not originally bought the doors from them.
