Description of Work: Please take this builder off your list. He is in court all the time takes deposits on home lots that he has sold over and over. I have had him in court for unpaid bills in small claims. I am far down the list do to all the people with greater claims against him

 + -1 moreJob started off fine in Spring of '06. By June, we started running into problems. Subs stopped showing up, work limped along. We started getting change orders overcharging us for work "outside the contract" and demands for more money, though milestone payments were on time. Completion date was mid-August. It's November and job still isn't completed. We discovered too late House Watch NE was not paying subs--the reason they stopped showing up.
Description of Work: We had a fire and the house sustained considerable damage. House Watch NE was hired to completely restore the house to its pre-fire condition. This included roofing, exterior work, deck reconstruction, framing, flooring, plumbing, electrical, insulating, plastering, painting, etc.
