Job started off fine in Spring of '06. By June, we started running into problems. Subs stopped showing up, work limped along. We started getting change orders overcharging us for work "outside the contract" and demands for more money, though milestone payments were on time. Completion date was mid-August. It's November and job still isn't completed. We discovered too late House Watch NE was not paying subs--the reason they stopped showing up.
