Product nice, but service unprofessional. Quotes sloppy, bills confusing and communication extremely poor. Many things delayed - order placed in late July 07, not fully completed until late January 08. Designer gave one excuse, customer service another - couldn't get stories straight. Will not recommend or use services again. First designer left company, assigned new designer, but I was not informed of change until I contacted them (had been looking for follow up on my $1200 deposit). Orders not placed when requested, then delayed because of manufacturing issues. When my order arrived, I was not notified for 10 days since someone was on vacation - no back up coverage.
