This provider came out twice to try to fix issue with my tub faucet I had to purchase two new faucets and he was unable to do the repairs but charged me for his time. He was very frustrated and ripped the packaging of the faucets so badly that I was unable to return them. My phone calls to the office to try to resolve this were unanswered.

I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews here, as I thought these guys were great. They got back to me right away, sent someone over to check out the problem and assess the situation, they told me how much it would cost, and they came back the next day to do the work. They were fast, they cleaned up most of the mess - though I admit I wish they would have found a way to control the plaster dust more as they were working in our living room - they were courteous and professional, and they actually charged me less than their original estimate. Overall, it was a positive experience (despite now having large hole in my living room wall which we need to have repaired) and I would definintely call these guys again.
The contact information we have for this company is in Arlington, and I do wonder if maybe there are two locations, and the two offices function a little differently, but I still stand by this company and the work they did here at my house.

It was fine. They just took longer to finish. They had some staffing issues but they completed the job. I would tell others to make sure to clarify the timeline of the project since I had some issues with that. They were the cheapest.

Professional, reassuring in the middle of a crisis, and extremely responsive and punctual. Work done well. Explained what he was doing.

We had used Executive Plumbing several times in the past at a previous address, and were always very happy with the work. When the bathroom sink in our new house began to back up, we called them to fix it. They came back twice, but were unsuccessful both times. They attributed the problem to bad plumbing, and said that all of it would need to be replaced. We had been planning on remodeling that bathroom anyway, and so set about lining up a contractor to do so. In the meantime, the bathroom sink was still unusable.
Executive Plumbing's bid for the job was significantly lower than any of the 4 other plumbers we contacted and short on specifics, and they never responded to my e-mail messages with questions from our contractor for clarification. All of the other plumbers who inspected the bathroom to provide an estimate - to a person - expressed disbelief that Executive Plumbing was unable to snake the drain. Since we never heard back from Executive Plumbing, we chose another plumber.
To be fair, when the work was finally done, the plumbing did turn out to be a mess - whoever installed it decades ago made numerous mistakes. My concern here is with the lack of follow-up - after charging us so much for not fixing the original problem, we never heard from them again. We've since switched to a different plumber.

Will definitely continue working with them in the future.

I called on Sunday night about a clogged toilet, saying that it could wait until Monday and to call any time after 6:30 AM. They called at 7:00 and promised service between 9 and 12, and I said I would be at home.
In the meantime, my heating contractor came about a hot-water problem. I have steam heat with a tankless heater attached to it. The heating contractor said that it was actually a plumbing issue, so I called back and added this issue (insufficient hot water) to the list for Executive Plumbing. They said that they could manage both in one call. The plumber arrived at 8:00 AM and unclogged my toilet in about a minute. (It wasn't a hard problem, but required a closet auger, and I didn't want to try that myself.) The hot-water problem was apparently a problem with he mixing valve. I had one from my heating contractor, and he installed that and reduced the flow through the tankless system, which solved the entire problem. He suggested that another option would be to add a second coil in case the hot water out of the boiler's tankless system was not hot enough, but I'll wait and see if that's necessary.
He was done by 8:30. I paid the one-hour minimum plus service-call fee, for a total of $115, but I think that's fine for such responsive and apparently good work.

Two very professional, competent plumbers came by to examine the boiler and a small pipe leak. They couldn't fully evaluate the pipe issue since it went to our downstairs neighbor's condo and they weren't home, but they quoted the furnace work and made an appointment for 7:30 the following Monday. The next day, someone called to say that they were fully booked that Monday, but could make Tuesday 7:30. I stressed that the time was important because the neighbor had to leave by 7:45, and it was acknowledged. This morning nobody showed up until 8:30, and calls resulted in and quot;I guess I didn't note down that you had a time issue.and quot; Even if I had NOT said that time was important, if you have a specific appointment time, don't show up an hour later!
Once here, though, the guy did a good job on the heater. He did forget a part and have to go out to buy it, but I'm happy so far with how the work looks. It did come in at $70 more than quoted, which was supposedly the worst-case estimate.
Anyway, not doing further business with them. Not very responsive or reliable even though their actual techs seem to be competent.

So far I've been very happy. For the emergency Saturday call they came out very quickly and installed a new disposal for me. For the two non-emergency appointments they were very professional and got the clog cleared; they have missed the appointment window by a little bit but not too badly.

They were very quick. The owner was always reachable by his cell, so if there were ever any problems, we got answers very quickly and explained everything as far as all of the work that needed to be done. The guys that he had come with for the job were very professional and did a great job. They put drywall up on the wall after the plumbing was finished. They came in and did the job that they said they were going to do, and we were pretty happy with that. In terms of their responsiveness, a lot of the times, we were communicating through e-mail and for some reason not through the phone, so it added a lot of time to the project and it seemed to kind of drag on for a while. It was something that was supposed to take a week, but it ended up taking four weeks I think because of scheduling conflict.

Excellent! They replaced it for free. We didn't ask for this or expect this. They said it was a quick service call and easy repair. We were repeat customers and this showed they appreciate our business. Wow! Same day service and no charge? These guys are the best and I will definitely use them in the future. They are just easy to do business with.

Executive Plumbing responded quickly to request for diagnosis of heating system problems. They provided a more complete identification of numerous problems and issues than other plumbing contractors and presented a sensible plan for correction at reasonable proposed cost. The work was done expeditiously with quality materials and craftsmanship. The crew (Art and Brandon) were extremely professional, did precision work, and were expert in their knowledge of the heating system and controls. They left the site very clean. They were patient with me in explaining what they were doing and why; and they were always responsive to my requests.
I will be using Executive Plumbing again for my plumbing needs because of their expertise, craftsmanship, responsiveness, and integrity. Needless to say, I recommended them to others.

Art and Brandon were very quick, proficient and kind. They came the same day as I called, as the plans had changed with my general contractors who were installing my door in the basement, and some pipes needed to be moved. Art and Brandon came in, looked at the problem, quickly understood what needed to be done and that I wanted it to look neat and tidy. They notified me that the flex hose was illegal and had to be changed. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and were very friendly explaining things and answering all my questions. They got started right away and finished the water pipe in about 1.5 hours. It was the end of the day, so they had to come back in the morning. I let them know that the guys installing the door were coming around 8ish, and that if they could try to get out of their way before that, it would be ideal. Art told me his work day started at 730 and it shouldn't be a problem. Both Art and Brandon arrived a few minutes before 7 the next day and got to work immediately. Within seconds the gas was off and they were taking the pipes down. They got the work in the basement done just in time before the door guys got there, and then finished upstairs in the kitchen. It was very smooth and I was very happy. I've used this company once before to work on my furnace and was very happy then too. I will continue to use them in the future.
They also answered a few questions I had about my furnace and tweaked the pressure a bit.
Price was a little more than I expected, but I was very happy with the work and they did it in very short order.

They did the job but basically I just needed a new garbage disposal that's all. They did it in a hurry. One of the wires conflicts with the other wires, if you were doing it correctly you wouldn't do that.

I called around 8:00 AM, explaining that this was not an emergency. The owner returned my call just before 11:00 AM, apologizing for being slow to return my call. We agreed that he would send someone over around 11:30, which is when I said I could return home from work. When I got home around 11:20, the plumber was waiting. He came in, looked, said that he knew exactly what the problem was and had the parts in the truck, and finished everything by about 11:40. Admittedly, this was not a difficult problem to diagnose, and it's an easy fix if you know what you're doing, but the responsiveness, promptness, and professionalism were impressive.

I asked Executive Plumbing (and others) to come out and diagnose the steam heating problem, where the water level in the boiler was falling significantly after one day of operation. Executive was the only company that did the work to prove that the boiler was cracked. All others assumed it and wrote up a nice big estimate. Executive also walked through the house to measure the radiators and determined that the current boiler is too small. Other justed planned on replacing the boiler with a similar sized unit. Being in the winter, switching to gas quickly was proving difficult. Executive helped by offering advice on how to approach Arlington to get the waiver and National Grid to expedite the gas line installation. Executive also patched the hole in the boiler to extend the life enough to get through the gas line installation. They installed the hot water heater the same day that National Grid installed the gas line. They replaced the boiler the following day. I also want to add that they know how to handle steam heat systems, which is getting harder to find in this area. They used steel piping (no copper). They added main air vents in the right place. Overall, the project cost $8000. $6000 of it went to Executve for the hot water heater, parts and labor. The other $2000 went to National Grid for the boiler and the gas line installation. This was right on with the estimate they provided.

WOW. I have never been so impressed with a contractor. We had a leaky shower faucet for our old Jacuzzi-brand (all-in-one tub/shower stall). We called one plumber who told us he could not work on it until we called Jacuzzi. We called Jacuzzi and were directed to a "certified" Jacuzzi repairman. He told us the part we needed wasn't made anymore and basically that we were stuck. We called back Jacuzzi and got the run around for several days. In despair, we called Executive Plumbing. They sent someone out ASAP (the next morning at 7:30am). The guy, Dave, was polite, prompt, and hard-working. He thought that the situation would either call for ripping out the entire shower component and reinstalling a new one, with new tiling, etc, OR, they could try to hunt down this part that was supposedly not made anymore. We're talking a difference of at least a few thousand dollars. I traded voicemails back and forth with Rich, the owner, who made several calls to Jacuzzi and plumbing supply stores, tracked down the part (also apparently made by Delta), and then had another guy come back within 30 min of our last phone call to check the part again. The plumber took the broken part, drove to Medford, found a replacement and installed it in about 2 hrs. He was exceedingly patient even with my 2 yr old buzzing around his tools and the tub. After all the legwork they did, they only charged me for the work and the part and none of the "office time" spent dealing with Jacuzzi. They also saved me thousands of dollars and definitely gained a customer for life. I am so impressed!! They are a pleasure to deal with, and so far, their work has been top notch. This is the second time we have used Executive Plumbing.
