I am quite satisfied. They offered me a couple of different design options and price points depending on the finish. They fit the new rails exactly to my old ones - curvature, etc. There was slight paint spillage at the end of the job, when I pointed this out they returned immediately and cleaned it completely. The finished install and design is exactly what I had envisioned.

We were very pleased with the products and their work. It was an expensive job. They were very responsive and cooperative and were reasonably priced. It was a good experience.
