D & M Construction

The workers from D&M Construction Company were very professional. They were very prompt. They were very attentive of what I needed. We have used them for several other projects in the past. They also renovated our garage last year. They just do fantastic work. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Dave's got the combination of hard work; creative, practical and intelligent design, flexibility and sense of humor. Essentially, a can do attitude, and the skills and expertise to back it up. A pleasure to work with; and certainly plan to use Dave for future home renovation projects

They did a great job. They arrived on time and got the job done timely. They were on budget with the estimate. They actually had to do some extra things but stayed within the estimate, which we appreciated. I would definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to others.

This was a good experience overall. Dave provided a considered estimate and discussed the various potential options with me regarding the materials that could be used for the porch. The entire job was completely while I was away from the house for a week. The new porch looks great and seems extremely sturdy; a huge improvement. I will need to paint some of the roof area to complete the job but was aware of this from the outset. The new bulkhead door is well constructed but I was disappointed that they didn't replace more of the frame at the base (which, like the old door, is rotting). The basement door that they built achieves my overall aim of a wider doorway but isn't perfect. They spilt concrete on the driveway and scratched it with the dumpster. They cleaned off the concrete when I pointed it out, but there is still a tiny bit left. They also forgot to add a side entrance panel under the porch even though we discussed it.
