Work was reasonably priced, professionally completed and has held up great.
Would absolutely use again.

Mike and his crew were great to work with. They did a fantastic job on my shed and deck. Will hire them again for future projects on my home.

Mike came to our house early on a Saturday morning to get a scope of the situation. He was very friendly, thorough, and took pictures of the house to give us an accurate estimate. He gave us 2 options to fix our sagging roof, which was originally not supported correctly. We wound up having to restructure part of the roof over the kitchen and bathroom. Within a few days, he gave us the 2 estimates. And as soon as we gave him our deposit, he went to work pulling the permits and working with an engineer to make sure it was done correctly this time. His crew was there early in the morning as soon as the permits were approved, and within about 3 days the job had been completed. They cleaned up well, didn't leave any trash behind, and even checked in on my dog once in awhile to make sure she was doing ok with the noise. The whole process took a few weeks from start to finish. We will definitely be hiring him again for future construction on our home.

In both cases, Mike has been great to work with. He is very responsive and timely with quotes and keeping us informed as to what will be happening and when. He is easy to get hold of when we need him. Their work ethic is great.They get right down to work, no fooling around, no delays. When they say they are going to be here, they are here. When they start a job, they stay at it till it's done. They clean up after themselves when they leave. The quality of their work was excellent. 

The bulkhead job, in particular, was a difficult task requiring a bit of ingenuity on Mike's part.  But it came out very nice and we were very pleased with the result.

They did another fine job on the kitchen. Mike was very helpful with some recommendations.  

Can't really say enough good things about Mike and his crew. We highly recommend him and will definitely use him again for our future construction needs. 

They were efficient.  They did what they said they were going to do.  It was good work.  Everything is holding up very fine.  There are no complications.  I would definitely recommend them.

I noticed that the snow load on my roof was causing some of the collar ties to bow quite a bit. The roof is 40 years old and not up to present code, so I wanted to do something to beef up the roof structure. Cusato Construction (Mike Cusato) was recommended to me. Mike called me back the same day and was out the next day to look at the job. Got a quote the day after that. I felt the price was reasonable and made arrangements with him to do the job the following week. They (Mike plus three others) were here on time, got right to work, and did a good job. They were very friendly and professional in their conduct. They kept the house clean during the work and cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. The whole job was done within a day. My experience with them was excellent; I really couldn't have asked for better and was very pleased. I have already spoken with Mike about doing some other work. This was my first experience with this company. Based on this, it will not be my last.
