Budget exterior is a front for Lou they have businesses in Lawrence, Saugus, Woburn Massachusetts, also in Pelham, New Hampshire . Budget Exterior does not know how to fix roofs. Budget Exteriors were extremely professional, Lou was responsive on a timely manner and the job was completed in a timely manner. They did high quality work; resided a 3-family home that sits on a very windy hill. The house looks great. I recommend this company.

Had some issues with the installed siding and trim. They were also supposed to install shutters. I called, emailed and texted the company and Lou repeatedly. The company/Lou never came to fix the issues or install the shutters. I would not recommend this company. They act like they care about the customer - until they get the full payment. Then you will never be able to reach them again or get any issues resolved. They lie on the contract when they state that they stand by their workmanship.

We used to have the worst looking house on the street. Now we have the best.

The Budget Exteriors crew did an outstanding job on tearing off the old siding and installing the new siding on my house in May 2020. I'm very happy with the result. Lou, John, and Angel were excellent to work with, and I appreciated their responsiveness and follow up. My neighbors have told me how much better the house looks thanks to the great job the crew did. I unreservedly recommend them, and would happily hire them for future exterior work.

They were good at the beginning. At the end they were hard to get hold of and kind of forgot about me. I had an issue with them concerning a covered light fixture and a trim that was an off white. This was resolved and I am satisfied with this company.

John came to the house and went over my needs.john explained what should be done and went over the details and gave me a quote the same night.the job was done in one day.very happy with the work.house looks great.thank you budget exteriors and john cataldo

I had a strip and vinyl siding project on my residence (3BR split) Before the job was to be considered complete a full review of the workmanship was performed by the crew supervisor who pointed out a number of things that he wanted to be fixed in addition to my own comments. This was also reviewed with the Sales Manager. A punch list was developed and while I was away on vacation everything was resolved to my satisfaction. My thanks to Lou and John. Very pleased with the resulting quality and recommend then for similar work.
