Bruce was prompt in responding to original request for quotations. He quoted a fixed price on providing drainage hookups. Explained that additional costing could be incurred if ledge was encountered in the excavation and jack hammering and/or blasting was required. Also additional costing would be incurred to destroy and fill in the old septic system according to town requirements. Costs were variable based on amount of fill needed due to size of septic tank being displaced. Bruce and crew were onsite when promised and hookup to city sewage was completed within two days. The septic system was completed the following day and final closure/finishing work completed on Saturday. All work was professionally completed, excavations, drain pipe installation, fill in, septic tank demolition, new top soil, seeding and sidewalk/roadway hot topping.
Description of Work: Install and hookup to city sewage. Dismantle/fill in Septic system according to Town requirements.
