BOSTON APPLIANCE

I found them on Angie's List. They are fabulous! I would make them members of my family. I can't say enough about them. They were responsive. One of the wheels of the tray was bent, and when I loaded the tray, it was sitting on the spinner, so it wasn't emptying the water, and the water started pouring out of the dishwasher. Most people think the doors of a dishwasher are water sealed, that is not true. Water was pouring out of the dishwasher all over the floor. He came over, and he managed to get the wheel sort of corrected, he fixed the spinner, and ordered the wheels. He came back and fxed the wheels, but I had a dishwasher throughout the holidays.

We could not be happier with the service and the prices at Boston Appliance. Our experience shopping there was extremely positive and Jerry (our sales contact) always went above and beyond. We purchased our range and hood well in advance of when we needed it (purchased in October and didn't take delivery until Feb/March). We also ran up against some last minute emergencies when doing our kitchen remodel and Boston Appliance saved the day on two other separate instances. When we needed a new dishwasher and microwave trim kit rather unexpectedly and in a hurry - they had them in stock and also at the lowest prices of anyone around. They were very easy to work with and we feel very fortunate to have found a great appliance retailer in the Boston area. We shopped around quite a bit and on every instance we came back to Boston Appliance as they always had the lowest price and had the items we were looking for.

The first time the charge was $49 and then it was $170 for the second visit and part. He did a good job. I had a plumber come because I wasn't sure if it was my dishwasher or the plumbing. The plumber told me what part I needed so I told him and he said that he would have to see it first. He wouldn't just bring the part; he had to see it first, but it ended up being the part that I needed. I had to pay for two visits but he did a good job and fixed it. I would use him again.

I have used them in the past also. They have always been really good. They are honest. I had trouble with my dryer, they came out and said that it is not worth repairing the dryer and suggested me to buy a new one because the dryer was old and it was leaving black marks all over the clothing. They replaced a fan in the dryer in past and they did it most economically. They don't try to oversell anything. They have always been very prompt, cooperative, punctual, and professional. Their pricing is fair. If there is a need, I would definitely use them again in the future too.
