My entire family and three different cars have been entrusted to and all different types of repair performed by Mark Pelletier. I can' t say enough good things about Mark, owner operator of Autotech Automotive in Woburn MA. I restate emphatically he is truly a man to be trusted. He lays out the scope of services needed on my automobiles and makes me aware of potential future issues. He is totally fair with his prices. Go ahead compare him with a dealer. I truly am thankful of the day that I found him. He is knowledgeable, dependable and a man of integrity. Go no further. He is THE man you want to repair your car. I sleep easier and have confidence having my vehicles under his care. Kind of like finding a good doctor but for my vehicles. I have been a little selfish not recognizing him before because I want him to be available to me.

I have been using Auto Tech for more than three years and have had tremendous service.They have gone above and beyond to be sure my vehicle is running properly and have always explained the services performed so that I understand what has been done.I have recommended them to friends and family.They too have been very happy.
