I contacted this laboratory through the referral of a friend. I was so impressed by the personalized customer service treatment I received. I called and spoke to a very nice young lady, Elvira, who explained the costs, testing procedures and when I could expect the results. Upon arrival to drop the samples off, I was greeted by Elvira and the owner, Mike, who is the asbestos analyst as well. Both showed the utmost professionalism and took ample time to meet with me and explain the process. They made me feel at home and even brewed me a cup of coffee. They accept all types of payment including credit cards and are very reasonably priced. I received the results on time as promised and on a very nice laboratory report that was understandable. I highly recommend using them if you need any type of asbestos testing done.
