It was a total of $5000 for two projects. They're very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They maintain a high level of cleanliness and they're prompt. I am in the process of purchasing a unit that they will install.

Sal was very thorough in his work and his explanations of what he does and looks for. It took awhile to arrange an appointment, with a number of calls back and forth, but once we agreed on a date/time he was punctual. Work was completed close to the amount of time estimated. He cares about the quality of work - not just trying to get in and out as fast as possible.

Sal called to schedule a day and time for the service, availability was great and he was punctual on arrival. Sal was polite, respectful and knowldegable. He took the time to both do a great job and teach me about my air conditioning unit along the way. He gave us tips about what we could do between services and he said to call any time for problems. We set up a service month for next year and he will call us to remind us.

I also plan to have Sal take over our heating maintenance.

Called a month ahead of time and made arrangements to service A/C during next warm spell. On first warm spell Alpha called and set up an appointment. He arrived on time and worded until the problem was solved. Very satisfied.

I called to get Alpha here and told them that there was a problem with the capacitor. He came out and said that there was no problem and fixed a fuse instead. It broke a second time and he replaced the capacitor this time. The man who came out was very pleasant, he came on time, he was very professional and everything was very good.

Sal is an amazing businessman and provides superior workmanship. Sal showed up promptly for the estimate -- he was the third estimate to come into our house for this update. When it was time for Sal to start his work he began the job and completed the job ontime.

We found Alpha to be quite responsive and very reasonably priced. Sal was willing to come out on an emergency basis. We didn't take him up on that, but he did show up when he said he would, got right to work, and fixed what we needed fixed. Our job was certainly about the simplest thing that a heating and A/C guy would ever do. Regardless, we were very pleased with the service.

It went great, we had been left in a really bad situation by another company and Sal fixed everything and was very reasonably priced.
