+ -1 moreVery personable and professional. Joe worked quickly. To avoid leaving fingerprints (a nice touch), Joe left the plastic wrapping on the hood until the last step -- that's when he realized he should've removed it earlier. He had to remove the hood in order to remove the wrapping and then re-install it. Along the way, he discovered a weakness in the wood supporting the hood. He put in a couple of screws to support the wood.
Description of Work: He uninstalled a range hood that we were returning (at the vendor's expense) and installed the replacement hood (for $110)
