Horrible- They used old fixtures on all of my pipes, which allowed air pressure to come into my pipes. I had to hire a new contractor to fix all of their mistakes, costing me double. One of the techs even put a dent in my dryer. I feel they took the easy way out and did not provide quality work. I recommend to stay away from them.

Charlie was AMAZING.  He came to my house on a Saturday to get me out of a bind.  My previous plumber that I had been working with for over 6 years bailed on me last minute.  I was without any use of my kitchen.  Charlie followed up with me on Friday after I spoke with him mid afternoon and agreed to come by Saturday morning.  He was able to install the sink and the dishwasher in 2 hrs and was extremely nice.  He knew what he was doing and was a pleasure to do business with.  I will definitely be calling him again in the future!

Charlie of AJ Black was on time and very meticulous in working on the
clog in my kitchen sink. He snaked the line and changed a broken pipe
to a PVC one and put in a new faucet.Very easy to deal with and an
excellent plumber.

From the quote to the work, all was done promptly and very professional. We had received several quotes, but so happy we went with AJ Black. The price was fair and work was great! Thank you!

They are very good, we have used A J Black for years, and they have been very good at whatever they do. The service was up to expectations, they are always on time,  and they are easy to reach in Emergency. I have had a couple of emergencies over the years and they have been very good at responding.

called back within about an hour. Listened to my description of the problem. Gave a pretty clear comment on possible problem and what to expect. Came the same day, right on time, finished the job in about 40 min. Everything works after that.
The bill was clear and the price was fair. (I DID shop around)
Over all good experience.Will use their service again.

Everything went very well.  They called me right back after my initial call.  He was on time and looked at all the issues and was able to take care of them while charging a reasonable price.

It worked out beautifully. They did a very good job and the furnace is very high quality. The furnace was ordered through a separate company but he installed it and did all of the plumbing on it and did a fantastic job. They were very efficient and professional.

Hi family has done plumbing in this area for 3 generations. We have used them a number of times over the years. The technician was very quick and the job was very easy. They answer their phones. You don't have to leave a message. They are very professional and know what they are doing. They don't try to up sell. They come in and do the job. They are personable and friendly.

AJ Black arrived on time and I think their rates are reasonable.

The owner was friendly and built a funny looking connection that looks sloppy but it works. It looks like they used old connections for pipe rather than new ones. He was pleasant to work with.

They did a beautiful job overall. They were on time, and professional. The workers were all respectful, and cleaned up after their work every day. Any follow up items were taken care of to my satisfaction.

It was an excellent experience, especially since I had gone thru three plumbers already who had not found the problem, and would not return my calls after one visit. They also made some good suggestions for my next bathroom remodeling effort, and I will definitely use them again for next plumbing projects.

He did an excellent job. He was very thorough, very fast, and very clean. He did a beautiful job. The owner was very good when he came to take the information for what I wanted to have done. He made great suggestions, made excellent notes, and was very responsive. I have a beautiful laundry room now.

They were just wonderful. They set up an appointment with you within a day, they do a good job and they don't mess around. They charge a flat per hour fee and don't tack on other fees. Even if you call the office, the receptionist contacts the guys and they call you right back. I have never had to wait more than a day to hear back from them. If I had to hire a plumber again I would definitely use A.J. Black.

WHEN I CALLED, I SPOKE TO A REAL PERSON, NOT AN ANSWERING MACHINE, WHO TOOK MY NUMBER AND SAID I'D GET A CALL FROM THE OWNER. WITHIN AN HOUR, HE CALLED AND WE SET A TIME FOR SOMEONE TO LOOK AT IT. THEY ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME AND IDENTIFIED THE PROBLEM AS A LEAK AT THE FLANGE. SINCE HE DIDN'T HAVE ONE IN HIS VAN, HE HAD TO GO AND GET THE PART. WITHIN 2 HOURS THE JOB WAS FINISHED. PLUMBER WAS COURTEOUS, EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING, AND WAS REASONABLY NEAT, ALTHOUGH I DID NEED TO DO SOME CLEANING AFTERWARDS. FOR TWO HOURS OF LABOR AND A $40 PART THE PRICE WAS ABOUT WHAT I EXPECTED.

HE WORKED QUICKLY AND NEATLY, WAS FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS, AND RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY TO MY CALL.

DONT CONFUSE AJ BLACKS WITH ANOTHER SIMILARLY NAMED PLUMBER. ITS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT COMPANY IS A COMPANY OF LESS QUALITY. I HEARD OF AJ BLACK ON TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS AND THEIR REPUTATION PRECEDES THEM.
