Went very well. Good customer service skills. He was responsive, replying to the message I left within 15 minutes. He was able to schedule an appointment the next day, working around our schedule. Although we did not call around to compare prices, his prices seemed commensurate with what I seem to recall others saying. Although my husband ended up finding the key, I thought we were missing the key to one of our doors. He told me over the phone he would try his best to 'pick it' so that we could simply rekey it and not need to replace the whole lock. As mentioned, husband found the key so this was not necessary, but I appreciated his willingness to try and save us money. He was punctual and professional. He even went above and beyond, fixing the strike plates which were misaligned. We didn't even know this was an issue, but he explained that on 2/3 doors, the locks weren't locking as securely as they should have been. But problem solved now! Thanks, Eli.

It went very well. Eli is very professional and courteous. We've used his services a lot, every time one of our tenants move, we have him change the locks. We called him yesterday to come fix a lock that was busted. We thought it was the tenants fault. Eli, changed the part, let us know that it was a defective piece, fixed it at no charge.... very happy with his services.
