FLAVIA AND HER TWO HELPERS HAVE COME TWICE. I BELIEVE DIFFERENT HELPERS CAME EACH TIME, BUT FLAVIA IS THE CONSTANT. FLAVIA SPEAKS ENGLISH AND IS CLEARLY IN CHARGE. HER HELPERS WERE VERY PLEASANT, BUT COULD NOT COMMUNICATE IN ENGLISH. THEY WORKED VERY HARD AND DID AN AMAZING JOB IN MY ESTIMATION. MY HOUSE SHINES AFTER THEY LEAVE! FLAVIA IS ALSO VERY INTERESTED IN PLEASING HER CUSTOMER, AND IS ATTENTIVE TO MY PERSONAL REQUESTS. SHE ALSO HAS WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE, WHICH PROTECTS THE HOMEOWNER FROM BEING SUED, IN CASE OF AN ACCIDENT, OR INJURY WHILE ON THE JOB.

YOU NEED NOT WORRY THAT HE WILL NOT UNDERSTAND DIRECTIONS WHETHER YOU WRITE THEM DOWN OR JUST TELL HIM WHAT YOU WANT.
