Greg showed up on time and promptly dealt with the leaky toilet that has been plaguing us for months.
He has helped us out of a jam before as well. During a major snow storm, our heat went out. When the building manager refused to come deal with it, we called Greg. He talked us through what might be the problem and pointed out the difference between heating vents and dryer vents. We were able to get the heat going again! He was a life saver :)
