 + -1 moreI had three companies come to give estimates, one was a popular national chain, one a local company that specializes in high-end systems and then ATS, who was recommended by a current resident. Overall, I chose ATS because Bill, the owner, seemed the most knowledgeable about the hardware and whether or not I had the right phone line (the national chain rep was more of a sales rep than an actual technician). He was also the most responsive and capable of dealing with my questions and concerns. To top it off, he was willing to give me a deal on the price because of the referral. In addition, his company is locally headquartered and you can contact them at anytime, not just for emergencies. His prices are very reasonable. I've had no problems with the system (but then, I haven't had any real alarms to deal with either). I highly recommend his work and his company for any job you need.
Description of Work: I have a 880 sq ft loft condo and had ATS install an alarm system consisting of a door sensor, one motion detector (pet-friendly), a control panel and a central box. My unit already had the wiring for the alarm units, so wiring-wise, all ATS had to do was to hook the system up to the phone line.
