This company was hired by my condo to clear a clogged sewer line that had resulted in approximately 2 inches of smelly water in my basement. Prior to their arrival, my son and I had attempted to use a wet vac on some of the water, resulting in clogging of the drain in my laundry sink. When this company's employee arrived, I asked him if he would also clear that drain and he said yes. We never discussed who would pay, but it was my assumption that this part was my responsibility and I would be invoiced separately. When he had cleared the sewer line problem, he left without saying a word, despite our having once again briefly discussed him clearing the drain in the laundry sink a half hour or so before. Assuming that he had just forgotten about that, I called the service three separate times throughout the rest of the evening, and each time was assured that someone would get back to me. The last time I called, I assured them that I would be happy to pay my portion of the cost and was assured that that was not a problem. And yet I never did receive a call back of any type. Had he or they indicated that they could not do the laundry sink work on the same call that had been arranged by the condominium, I would have been free to contact another service, and would have happily done so. But I lost another day because they were too rude to even get back to me. This was just unnecessary. So while they did clear the major problem, their handling, or rather non-handling, of an additional very simple problem was insulting. Today I got another service in to do the job, and that service was excellent, and will be my choice in the future.

We called ASAP to unclog or sewer drain and they arrived in about an hour. It was two gentlemen with heavy duty equipment which was great because we had a lot of tree roots in the line. They snaked the main line 40 feet out to the street and in 20 minutes they were done. We tested/flushed the line by running the clothes washer and the toilet. All clear! It has been 10 days so far with no issues what-so-ever but we feel at ease since they stand behind their work for 30 days! These guys are great!

The service turned out very well. The pricing was very reasonable. Manny was great at explaining everything to me and he took his time with the work. He knew exactly what he was doing and scheduling was very easy. I called them and they were here the next day.

I've used ASAP before. In fact,  another plumber referred me to them. Both times I've had excellent service. You call in the morning and they come that day. They also have an emergency service for nights and weekends. They come when they say they'll be there. In fact, they're usually  arriving before designated time. They are always professional, they don't leave a mess, and get the job done quickly. Since I'm a single woman running a household I've never felt taken advantage of by price or what they need to fix. I can't say enough good things about them.

Simple  clearing of a shower drain.

The main drain in my house started backing up into the basement laundry area.  Called ASAP Drains and, they had a service tech at my house within two hours.  The guy knew what to do and took care of it.  He allowed me to co-inspect the drain and, I took pictures.  There were some small roots growing into the drain at its junction with the street service.  He took extra care to run the rooter tool and make sure as much tree root was removed as possible.

It took Larry from ASAP a couple of hours to get to us, but he called back promptly initially, then called again to tell us he was running late.  He was professional and courteous.  He even apologized for not getting there earlier.  He snaked our drain solving our problem.  We gave him a generous tip we were so thankful.  HOPEFULLY we don't have to use them again in an emergency, however we will DEFINITELY use them for maintenance drain cleaning every couple of years as recommended.

I laugh when I see I should rate on "OVERALL Experience". When your Toilet overflows and your Basement floods the "OVERALL Experience" is horrible at best. Nobody and nothing will change that.
That said, ASAP Drain will do what needs to be done without trashing your wallet.
They'll be on time and do as good a job as anyone out there.

My sink clogged on Monday morning and I couldn't clear it will drain cleaners or plunging.  My neighbor recommended I call ASAP Drains so I called around noon.  They told me to expect someone between 1-2 and he arrived a few minutes before 1:00 and was done by 1:45.  He cleaned everything up.  The service cost $130.

Totally smooth operation.  Arrieved exactly on time.  Worrk completed within 1 hour.  Very polite and professional

I received a prompt call-back after contacting answering service. Company gave me accurate info on cost, including weekend surcharge. Serviceman on time, was courteous, worked rapidly, cleaned up when finished. Job was successfully accomplished.

They did a great job. We spent $132 on that service. The work they did was excellent. They came right away.

The service tech arrived promptly at the designated time. He worked for one hour and cleaned up nicely before he left. I had used this company two other times in the past. Since I had become a member of Angie's List, I decided to look for someone listed with them and was pleased to see them listed with good reviews from other satisfied customers. I would definitley use this company again,

ASAP Drains was great. They gave us an appointment quickly, showed up on time, worked quickly and cleanly, and did what we asked of them.

WHEN I PHONED ASAP DUE TO A COMPLETELY CLOGGED TUB, I ADVISED THAT I WASN'T SURE THE JOB WOULD BE EASY DUE PREVIOUSLY ADVISED THAT THE DRAIN COULD NOT BE SNAKED FROM THE TUB. INSTEAD, A PANEL IN MY LIVING AREA NEEDED TO BE OPENED/UNSEALED IN ORDER TO SNAKE THE PIPE TO THE TUB. THE YOUNG MAN WHO FIRST RESPONDED WAS NOT COMFORTABLE IN CUTTING OPEN THE PANEL TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE TUB/SHOWER PIPES. HOWEVER, WHEN HE WAS UNABLE TO SNAKE THE DRAIN FROM MY TUB, HE RESPONSIBLY CALLED A COLLEAGUE FOR ASSISTANCE, AND THE JOB WAS EVENTUALLY COMPLETED. THE TWO ASAP EMPLOYEES WERE POLITE, EFFICIENT, AND THE DRAIN WAS ULTIMATELY PROPERLY SNAKED. ALTHOUGH THE ENTIRE JOB WAS NEARLY 3 HOURS, THE PRICE WAS ENTIRELY REASONABLE.

They were able to come out the same day and showed up on time. They were very professional and friendly. The work was quick and clean.

I WAS WORRIED THAT THEY WERE GOING TO RUIN MY TUB THAT HAD BEEN RESURFACED. BUT THEY WERE NEAT AND EFFICIENT, AND MY TUB WAS INTACT.

ASAP DRAINS DID COME PROMPTLY AND WERE ABLE TO ACCURATELY ASSESS WHICH PIPE WAS BLOCKED. THEY FIGURED OUT THAT THE BLOCK WAS PROBABLY IN THE DRIVEWAY A FEW FEET FROM THE HOUSE. HOWEVER, THEY SHOWED UP A SECOND TIME WITH A DIAGNOSTIC MACHINE THAT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, BUT THEY STILL CHARGED US THE FULL PRICE. WE FELT THAT THEY COULD HAVE ONLY COME ONCE AND WE WOULD HAVE GOTTEN AS MUCH INFORMATION. WE WOULD NOT HIRE THEM AGAIN.
