Mr. Coy arrived on time, was extremely pleasant. He unboxed and assembled the A/C unit, and installed it in the window. He tested the unit to be sure it was working, then discovered that component that directs the air flow was not functioning correctly so he fixed that. Then he went over how to turn the machine off and on and how to adjust the air flow with me, I paid him, and he went on his way. This was a very positive experience.

I called Al and left a message in the morning. He called me back by noon. He is local to my town and knows the area well. He immediately knew my home and quoted me a price for cleaning the gutters. He was able to do the job same day. Arrived at my home when he said he would. Got to work right away and did a great job! Provided a written receipt and charged the price he quoted on the phone. All-in-all from first contact to end a great experience!

I had an estimate from another person. I called Alan for an estimate and he came the next day. He thought it would be about $1000 a room. In reality it was closer to $1400. Anyway, I told him he could do the job. He and his team started the next day. They were here every day for nearly 2 weeks. We he was done I found some things that he had missed. A piece of tile needed to be replaced. Some floor tiles needed to be reglued. He missed a spot for painting. He came back and did the floor tile and primed the missed spot. I haven't been able to get him back for the last 3 things. Also, the Carbon Monoxide detector disappeared. The quality of the completed work appears to be very good. Until this last week, responsiveness has been good. I'm going to change it to bad.
