All went very well. No complaints from start to finish.

Brendan is an excellent salesman, but does not follow through well.  Their work ranged from good (some of the carpentry, HVAC and plumbing) to poor (other of the carpentry and building, setting a tub wrong). They promised to be on the job every day until it was complete, but came to my site about as often as Santa Claus.  Brendan said he would get a permit from the city and completely forget, or fail, to do it, delaying my project for weeks.  In the middle of the project they fired the individual in their company who seemed to have the best follow-through.  At one point while in the attic, one of them put his foot through the ceiling. They didn't tell me about it, and just patched it, rather crudely. Brendan would not keep me appraised, would not return calls nor emails for several days or not at all.  They initially told me we'd be done by August, but in December they were still working. Finally I asked them to leave without finishing. Very disappointing.

Great company, Matt and Joe and the rest of the crew  are great to work with, super friendly and professional. They come to your house when they say they will, clean after the work is done. I am planning on doing another project with them next month. They are not cheap, but I think they are well worth the price. Supper happy with their work, five stars!

I don't remember how much they charged me for the service, but the price was definitely reasonable. They were pretty good. If the price was high, I probably would have remembered. The quality of service was very good. I would definitely use them again in the future if I needed to.

They identified some severe problem that needed to be dealt with, not just some cleaning, but also some plumbing issues. They did a great job of matching my expectations and explained to me what problems existed and how much it would cost to have it fixed. They gave options that would be quick and easy and they were very helpful and also took care of some things and did not even charge me for.
