"Property was cleaned in its entirety - exactly as outlined on the estimate and the invoice. Customer requested additional work which was not performed since it was not inclusive to the estimate. Due to the customer's argumentative approach, the inability to understand a clearly drawn out estimate, and not recognizing the company's actual address, we would not provide service to this customer again."
