He is very dependable and his prices are fantastic. He is always here when says he says he is going to here. I have tried several other handymen that say they will come back and never do or never return phone calls. You have to book him 3 weeks in advance because he stays very busy and he does a great job. I usually have a list of 10 things for him to do when he comes out.
