Absolutely perfect! Ron responded to my phone call at his Winchester number the evening that I called and set up a time to come by to spec the work. He turned up right on time with an assistant and gave me a ball-park estimate. I needed to coordinate the job with our plumber, and as soon as the water heater was in place and ready to be installed, I contacted Ron who scheduled the electrical work for the very next morning. Two of his team, including the one who had come earlier, arrived right on time and did a very professional installation job in just a couple of  hours. To install the outdoor box, they had to drill through some brick fire-stopping, but they had the right tools and experience for the job. After my first call with Ron, I contacted him via his cell phone number and he was always very responsive. I expect to need more electrical work in the future and will definitely be happy to use his services again. Ron is professional, has a pleasant personality, and is very easy to work with. I heartily recommend him.
