About us

Our company, headquartered in Winchester, Massachusetts, has been providing computer services to the Boston area since 1996. We're extremely proud of our client retention and client satisfaction rates, as it is illustrated by the fact that our number one source of new client business comes from referrals from our existing clients. Give us a call today. We "treat your Personal Computer Personally," that is, as if it were our own. The company is guided today, as it has been since 1996, by the original values of its founder, Walter Hubbard. Those values are based on the satisfaction we recieve from leaving a client's home or small business knowing that we have solved their computer problems.

$100
I explained that I did not want to spend more than $100 as I would rather just buy a new computer than spend more than $100 on the repair. I also explained that I did not care about data recovery or programs, that I simply wanted a second computer in order to surf the web. The peformed some diagnostic testing and told me that they could deliver what I needed for $100. I received the computer and while I could get it to start up, the web pages were jittery, e.g., there was a ripple effet when viewing sites and scrolling was very slow and jumpy. When I returned the computer to have the issue resolved, I was told by Tommy, the manager of the Woburn office, that there was a graphic card issue and that it would cost more money to repair. I reminded PC Quickhelp that I didnt want to spend more than $100 to repair the computer and asked for a refund to which they replied, "With all do respect, you CAN technically surf the web." That is like selling someone a newspaper who's pages don't turn and telling them that they CAN technically read the front and back pages. They gave me the run-around, harping on the technicality, reminding me about how they recovered my data (data I did not care about), and in the end threatened to sue me in small claims court if I submitted a dispute with my credit card.
