These people were completely unprofessional. My lawn was left in shambles after my husband has been working so tirelessly on saving the grass. On top of the messy job, I looked out the window during instillation and one of the workers was peeing in my bushes outside of my toddler daughter?s bedroom. Completely irresponsible and I was speechless. Would never recommend this company, not even on my enemy. Was really hoping this would be perfect, as we are a military family and support any small New England business who support their military connections. Such a shame.

Worked in good partnership with our landscaper as we were putting in new sod and new irrigation system. Proactively managed our system remotely over the installed WiFi system to make sure that new grass is in fact getting adequate coverage and water, showing real ownership for the finished product. Shows real pride in workmanship and investment in the long term relationship.

The system never worked properly. Some areas are always dry. On others, the plants are ripped apart. Basement windows got soaked, which will rot them. Three heads do not work presently. A two-year warranty means nothing. I will rebuild it myself.

We installed your system in June 2018 and we were very happy to return to your property for multiple visits the first year to ensure you received the coverage you requested. In 2019 we mailed a service contract to you and did not hear back from you at all last year. Our guarantee is for 2 years but is void if a 3rd party services/alters the system. I returned your call last week, and if there was any delay it was only due to the spring schedule and current conditions with COVID19. I would have been very happy to have a conversation or to visit your property to discuss your concerns. Though these comments are discouraging we will use them constructively for the future. Thank you, Paul DiNatale."

This is a family company so when you contact them you deal with the owners. Ron Nevola and his son-in-law Paul DiNatale run the company and both of them showed up for the installation. They were responsive, friendly and professional. The installation went very smoothly and the system was set up and working within hours. They installed a modern, web-based irrigation system, fully programmed it and then demonstrated its functionality to me. If you need irrigation for your lawn or plantings I would not hesitate in recommending Nevola Irrigation.

I installed sprinklers 3 years ago. Together with sprinklers, they installed a rain sensor. Sprinklers were working fine, but the rain sensor was never worked. My sprinklers were always working together with rain. I called the company and they come, I paid money for a service call, they would always give me some reason why the rain sensor was not working - either its a bad place or its not enough water. I spent hundreds of $$ for service calls and water bills, but rain sensors were not working. They gave me 5 years warranty for the controller, but it stopped working after 3 days and when I called for emergency service, Nevola replied they are busy for the next 3 months. I had to use another company and paid a lot of $$ for a new panel installation. They also installed a rain sensor which is working since the 1st day. They reported the old sensor never worked. Nevola sprinklers customer service is also hard to reach, they reply a couple of days later text-only.

We were very happy to come back and make adjustments to your liking and not only tested the rain sensor multiple times but also replaced it under warranty (at no additional cost). I am sorry we were not able to provide the services to your standards as we always want our customers to be happy with not only the products and respective systems we install but also our annual services and response times. We would have been happy to help with continued service but you, unfortunately, chose to use another contractor last year. 2020 was a difficult year for all."
