Worked in good partnership with our landscaper as we were putting in new sod and new irrigation system. Proactively managed our system remotely over the installed WiFi system to make sure that new grass is in fact getting adequate coverage and water, showing real ownership for the finished product. Shows real pride in workmanship and investment in the long term relationship.

The system never worked properly. Some areas are always dry. On others, the plants are ripped apart. Basement windows got soaked, which will rot them. Three heads do not work presently. A two-year warranty means nothing. I will rebuild it myself.

This is a family company so when you contact them you deal with the owners. Ron Nevola and his son-in-law Paul DiNatale run the company and both of them showed up for the installation. They were responsive, friendly and professional. The installation went very smoothly and the system was set up and working within hours. They installed a modern, web-based irrigation system, fully programmed it and then demonstrated its functionality to me. If you need irrigation for your lawn or plantings I would not hesitate in recommending Nevola Irrigation.

Paul is an absolute pleasure to work with. He explained it all well and his crew did exactly as what he promised. And he was flexible to work with my landscaper schedule.

I am very pleased with the work of Paul and his crew. They designed and installed a system of sprinklers and drip hoses to perfectly water 4 different areas of my garden. It's all automated and individually adjustable at a central box. They were prompt, quick, and pleasant to work with.

We had a last minute irrigation system job and Nevola fit it into their already busy schedule the next day. They stayed late and completed a beautiful job!

I installed sprinklers 3 years ago. Together with sprinklers, they installed a rain sensor. Sprinklers were working fine, but the rain sensor was never worked. My sprinklers were always working together with rain. I called the company and they come, I paid money for a service call, they would always give me some reason why the rain sensor was not working - either its a bad place or its not enough water. I spent hundreds of $$ for service calls and water bills, but rain sensors were not working. They gave me 5 years warranty for the controller, but it stopped working after 3 days and when I called for emergency service, Nevola replied they are busy for the next 3 months. I had to use another company and paid a lot of $$ for a new panel installation. They also installed a rain sensor which is working since the 1st day. They reported the old sensor never worked. Nevola sprinklers customer service is also hard to reach, they reply a couple of days later text-only.
