This provider was contracting for a resident of our small condo complex, and he caused needless problems with other residents time after time. He used intimidation and disrespect like weapons against any challenge to his personal preferences and showed no consideration for the convenience of others whatsoever. He advised his client to ignore condo association trustees (not to mention legal restrictions) and created pointless conflict. He managed to badly damage a corner of the building with his truck and ignored requests to not block resident cars. Moreover, the project he promised to complete by Thanksgiving is still dragging on in May. Avoid this guy like the plague!
