They took my carpet order on Aug 22 saying it will take no more than 2-3
weeks and redeliver it to me. I had been calling 3-4 times now to check
on my carpet and I keep being told it will be ready this week, then
next week, then nothing happens. I called today to find out when I will
have my carpet back, they tell me it is ready "for pick up". I
had ordered delivery, they didn't even know. The person who answered my call said the quickest
he has available is Sept 23, which puts the entire deal over 1 month,
which is not what I paid for. This is very unprofessional service. I do
not recommend to anyone to use this company. They are not responsible
and not responsive to customers' needs.

Service was excellent; rugs were ready when promised.

They picked up all the rugs, cleaned them, and returned them after the floors were refinished.

Their restoration work is without equal!!!

Punctual, hassle-free. Moth proofing was additional cost, which was not made clear to me on the phone. Salesperson said that they did tell me, and he showed me his notes. I either did not hear this, or he forgot to relay this info. They did end up charging me for the extra cost, but they honored a coupon I had found online, which made the higher price more palatable. Rug looks great now, with no evidence of moths!

We were very happy with the work. They seemed to know the vintage and origin of the carpets and recognized the materials readily. Happy with the work.

This is a family owned business, and they treat their customers that way .From my first phone call, they were both professional and reassuring.

They are very professional and their prices are reasonable. I have used them in the past and am confident in their work. The mats and padding for the rugs are of high quality. They are knowledgable in oriental rugs and take great care of them.

They were real easy to work with and came to pick up the rugs then delivered them afterwards with no extra charge. I will use them again in the future.

We have been going to Koko for many many years. This time I called to pick up two rugs to be cleaned as they had cleaned all my other rugs perfectly three years ago(except one small one). As that one rug was not cleaned well three years ago and I asked it to be cleaned again. The other rug was a purchase ten years ago with a free cleaning for 10 years. The two men came to pick up the rugs and the old pad.. We did have the floors refinished so had to call to get the rugs back. We did wait one day and finally called when they did not show but they came late the next day. The two men were fantastic in that they put down the pad and perfectly fit the rug to the pad. They cut three more pad for three smaller rugs. They did honor the free cleaning for the larger rug.

I dropped off the rug. They gave an estimate to repair the fringe. They also cleaned it. It was repaired and cleaned to my satisfaction by the date they promised.

Very well, all employees I dealt with were professional and curteous.

We purchased the rugs years ago and we hired them once they needed a cleaning. It went great. I have happy with their service.

They did a very nice job of cleaning and re-installing the runner. It should be good for another 16 years as they shifted the rug which puts previously un-stepped -upon carpet on the treads. They actually arrived early and the re-installation was done in less than 40 minutes. Very professional.

I brought the area rug to the store and when I was attempting to remove it from my trunk the owner came out and took it out for me. The in house carpet cleaning crew that came were punctual, polite and thorough. Theywere upfront about what stains would not come out.

Work done on time. Carpet seems clean. Fringe attached as promised. No problems with the process. I brought the rug in myself (there's a discount for that).

We have bought carpets from them in the past, but that part of the business is gone. The cleaning service is still in business. We opted to take ours over there but they offer pick up and returns for an additional charge. They clean them, wash them and dry them. They stay there for a while to dry in a special place they have for these kinds of carpet. They were ready when they said they would be and everything was fine. I thought the price was competitive.

I had used Koko in the past and checked Angie's List for current reports. I checked the Koko website and found a 15% discount coupon plus took advantage of their 20% discount if you bring the rug directly to their site. On arrival, I was greeted by staff member who carried my rug in; I was given a 10 day estimate for turnaround and invoice for cleaning that included the two discounts (no surprises on the cost.) I received a call that the rug was ready approx 10 days later. When I arrived I was greeted by friendly staff who processed my payment and placed the rug in my car. Timing was great to take advantage of the 15% discount in August -- but even at the regular pricing -- it is worth it. They do an excellent job. I traveled from Medfield to Winchester to use this firm.
