I subsequently canceled that and she was supposed to refund me the money less any money she had expended towards materials. She also has not finished hemming some bedroom curtains for me that I have already paid for. She has tie backs that I have already paid for that she has not delivered. She has another cornice she did for me that was the wrong size that she was to redo and she's not. That is already paid for. She also has material of mine associated with that. She has put me off for a couple of months now. She also has swags and jabots that were supposed to be redone. She does not answer my phone calls or emails. All of the items have been paid for.
