I locked myself out while moving into new condo on a Friday night. Mark showed very quickly and did not charge me a premium for getting me back in. A few days later, I used him to re-key my locks and again had great service. The UPS store near my place recommended him initially and I never would have sought the company out on my own (no frills website, etc.), so wanted to share that this company is highly recommended.
