It went superbly well. Annie showed us a broad selection of properties, using her excellent local knowledge (and stamina) to find something that fit our needs. We ended up purchasing a property that was "For-sale-by-owner", and although she represented us as buyers, Annie helped orchestrate the many "moving parts" of the transaction for both buyer and seller. While the house was under contract, she obligingly represented us, meeting several contractors at the property while we were back in Jersey. Carlson can also arrange for financing through GMAC, and although we did not finance the purchase through them, their representative was helpful and knowledgeable.
