I wasn't satisfied. They never completed the work. They have promised several times to come back, but they have never come back. Unfortunately, I paid them up front.

He was very busy after the storm damage. He did an excellent work and he was reasonable. It's just a matter of getting him to call you back because it was like a one man show.

I used them because they were going to bring a crane in and lower the trees down without ruining any other trees (this is the only reason I used them). However the crane that he hired he did not pay and as a result the crane company started to put a lein on my property. I had to get my own lawyer & threatened fraud against both companies which then backed down. They also damaged some of my property when they came out. They offered to repair it but I didn't want them anywhere near my property after that.
