Since our founding in 1893 Waltham Services has solved insect, rodent and nuisance animal problems in Boston, Waltham and all of Massachusetts. We are a Massachusetts pest control company serving the entire New England area and Upstate New York and offer pest removal for carpenter ants, bed bugs, mice and other unwanted pests. Our staff consists of award winning, nationally recognized professionals who study the behavior, biology and control of pests on an ongoing basis and help develop effective, customized pest management plans for homes, apartment buildings, educational facilities as well as hospitals, hotels, restaurants and other businesses and industries in Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Connecticut and all of New England. I have been satisfied with their service. All I have to do is call them and they will come out when they are called. They are responsive and come quickly. Their pricing is fine but I have not compared it with anyone else. I would use them again in the future.

I have had the same person come out and exterminate my house because it is built different than the traditional house. I have stayed with them for years because this person knows my house. Also, we are in a wooded area so we are almost surrounded by woods and that makes the situation of ants even worse. They have been able to eliminate the problem and for the amount of money I pay it is worth it. I also get a full report on the materials that they're using and the areas that they inspected so there is no question as to what is going on.

They were very responsive. They were friendly and great. They did a good job. We had problems with squirrels and ants and everything is looking good right now. I am happy with them and I would recommend them to others. If there is a need, I would use them again in the future too.

Over the 4 years since it was difficult to get a response from them when trying to set up appt for the annual check. I also wanted to have them come out and do more services and again difficult to get them to respond, thus gave up onthem and went elsewhere.

"The members took over an Annual Termite Inspection agreement from the previous owner in 2005. We serviced the property under this agreement in 2006, 2007 and 2008. In 2007 and 2008, they were contacted to set up interior inspections of the home. October 14th, 2008 was our last service at the property. In March of 2007 we contacted them to follow up on paying their renewal at which time they requested information on our Home Care plan. No further information is in our system regarding the outcome."

We had a wasp problem under the sidings and in the side of the house where we could not reach. We called them to get an appointment and got it after a week and a half. They seem reliable and they do their job. The guy came out with a bee suit and was very helpful. He showed up on time and secured the problem. He gave us a small discount because we have ongoing termite services with them. We were happy and everything was fine.

We have had this contract with them for about thirty five years so we are pretty happy. They come when they say they are going to come, and are quick to respond whenever we have problems. We have been very pleased.
