Lawn Irrigation
They returned the call in 1/2 a day and were very professional. We discussed the job and they were ready to come out and give an estimate even for this small a job. I only used someone else because they came even sooner.

Lawn Irrigation
I called to set up an appointment and got a date a couple of weeks in the future. The day came and since it was pouring rain, I was asked if it would be okay to come the next day, which was fine with me. Then the service described above was performed.

TerRain Irrigation installed the yard sprinkler system at our house for the previous owners, and they service it twice a year for us (spring opening & winter closing). They usually email a week or two ahead of time to let us know they'll be in our area, and then just show up & do the service while we're at work. The price for semi-annual services has gone up over the recent years from about $70 to now $85, and it seems steep for relatively little effort. But they do at least communicate proactively & do the work when promised.
