 + 3 morethe gutters and sofits were not sealed had to email them several times - they installed an elbow which leaked profusely - they claimed that another person or object moved it or poked at it - and they cannot fix it since they installed it for free - which is totally false - since the stated the elbow in the above proposal i am totally horified

 + -1 moreThey left a space exposed and they did not paint it for protection. I was not sure why they did not do that work. I had to get someone else to complete the work. They promised to seal the other side of the gutters and they did not do it so I had to call them to do the work again. They told me old gutters are not guaranteed and they would come back to do the work at an unspecified time.

 + 1 moreAfter I paid for the Big Deal gutter clearing, a contractor who was doing some other work for me near the roof discovered that there was no debris in the main roof gutters. Not wanting to cancel the appointment on short notice, I asked instead that the gutter cleaners wash off the sides and undersides of the gutters, which are very dirty (that's what led me to believe there was a lot of debris in the gutter themselves). According to my downstairs neighbor who was coordinating (I was at the office), after a few minutes of washing the sides of the gutters as requested, the worker said she found that the gutters were very clogged, and spent the rest of the time clearing them rather than washing anything. It's hard to know what exactly happened, since I wasn't able to see the gutters myself or interact directly with the workers, but it seems odd that they said there was so much debris two days after my contractor had confirmed that the gutters were completely clear. (The only gutter he did not check was the short one in back which wouldn't have taken more than a few minutes to clear.)

Once it was scheduled, 2 people arrived on time, and cleaned all the gutters. They took about 1 hour or so, and I was happy with the service.
