Project went really well, have received tuns & compliments. We were under extremely tight timelines and tech and team did when best to accommodate. We subcontracted electrical out and didn't discover that the electrical was run over the tops & the two walls so ran into a small delay waiting for electrician to and back out and fix wiring. Kor the beams, I really wanted when recessed in the ceiling, but we couldn't. I then wanted to wrap the beams, but silvers team recommended not doing that we went with their recommendation and we so happy we did.

Jack was professional, punctual and very knowledgeable during the entire process. The longest part of this project was the design. Once the windows arrived, they were quick to install and left the promises in mint condition after each day’s work. Craftsmanship was above average.

Silverio Const came when they said they would great communication and accessability with owner Jack and office worker Cathy. Always approachable, workers cleaned up daily, reasonably priced, stood behind their work.

Timely professional, quality job. Original estimate higher than others but I liked Jack so much that I asked him to meet the other’s bid so I could select him, which he did.

We had a wonderful experience using Silverio. The company is so responsive and it felt like the most organized construction project I have gone through! Thank you for everything.

We used Silverio for this project because they did work for us previously. They also did work for our neighbors-very satisfactory. Good advice and good work.

All was completed within 3 weeks, as predicted by contractor.  Workers were excellent, especially Mike and Phil.  Keith, the electrician, did excellent work and was always on time.  Jack  honored all work that we had discussed even though every detail had not been spelled out on the contract.  We really appreciated that since that has not been our experience with other contractors.  Our experience with Jack Silverio and his team is they are very fair, honest, expert in what they do, and overall a pleasure to work with.

The experience was very good, I was always informed at the end of the day what happened at the house and what was going to happen the next work day. The completed everything they quoted for in 3 days.

All work performed was done in a professional manner and exceeded my expectations for quality and timing. Our previous home and all of our belongings were lost in a fire . We occupied a trailer in the driveway while the house was constructed and Jack Silverio and his associate Cathy Pepe were very determined to get us into our new home by Christmas and out of the trailer! There was never a delay between contractors coming in and on many occasions we had people working on it on Sundays, evenings, and even in the pouring rain! I was very impressed with the quality of work and the attention of both Jack and Cathy to insure that all work was done correctly and that the project was kept on schedule. When it came time to construct the garage, I did not hesitate in hiring them to do that as well and did not even attempt to entertain alternative quotes based on the quality and professionalism of the house project. I would highly recommend them for any construction project from a complete house to an exterior deck. Me and my wife could not be more pleased with the final results of both the house and the garage. The entire process was a very pleasant experience and I felt that we not only go the house of our dreams but some very dear friends as well. Thank You!!

I am very pleased with how the completed job looks. Silverio had to make several adjustments to the existing stair frame as it was uneven in several places which affected how the baseboard going down the stairway was installed. This took some creative thinking, patience, and skill on Silverio's part. The crew supervisor, Mike, took great care to explain the concerns he had with the existing frame & how he thought it best to solve problems. The end result is beautiful!
This is the 4th project I have had Silverio do for us and we will continue to call them for the remainder of our home improvements. Jack & the office staff are thorough and very responsive to our needs. Their pricing is reasonable and reflects the high quality of work the staff does. The crew is quiet, professional, very neat and willing to make suggestions as needed. They have always started and completed the project within the time frame suggested on their proposal and at the quoted price. There were a couple of times changes had to be made, due to the age of our house. These changes were thoroughly explained and resolutions (with any pricing changes) were presented quickly.
The crew cleaned up every day. This was very helpful to me as I never worried about what I was coming home to. We are already gearing up for the next project Silverio Construction will do for us.

Silverio Construction is truly a top-notch  contracting company!   Right from the beginning, I knew my experience with
Silverio Construction would be a pleasant one.  It was evident that John Silverio listened and understood my vision and preferences for designing the new wrap around deck.  When they tell you they?re going to do something,
they follow-through and get it done.  Amazingly, his recommendations to improve the design had even saved me
money!! 
Projects like this can usually cause high stress, however, with Silverio Construction, their professionalism and
attention to details, made it an exceptionally easy transition.  John and his crew were extremely friendly and hardworking, as well as his office staff.  
When the deck was completed, John personally made sure I was completely satisfied.  I had requested some minor changes
late in the project and I was pleasantly surprised that all of the changes were done exactly the way I wanted.  The crew was very respectful of my family while they were there; and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. 
I have had many different contractors work at my home over the years; who were less than stellar. Be assured that if you
choose Silverio Construction, they?ll take care of your project to your satisfaction.  It?s rare to find someone you can trust and who gets things done the right way, the first time around!

They did a great job.  Took care of getting the necessary permits from the City of Danbury, CT .  Every thing went very smoothly from start to finish.  The walkway looks great.

Overall this needed to be done in a timely fashion as my daughter was getting married and needed it done before the wedding which when he quoted the job he said it would be no problem.  I needed it done by middle of June as I needed to put in a patio once the deck was done.  The overhang came out nice as did the build out of the cellar steps.  The deck on the other hand is a different stroy.  He convinced my wife to use fir instead of plastic for the looks, (meaning I was going to need to paint it).  I then found out that the town required a footing under the treads of the stairway and he said it wouldn't look right to put in cement and suggested I build the patio under the steps of the decking.  I came home one day and the railing was up next to the cellar doghouse but the doghouse was not shingles as of yet.  They then proceeded to pull down the railing and re-nailed back up after the shingles went up.  I have stain the deck everyyear it has been up at least one coat each time and usually two.  This past year 2012 i noticed that the deck was developing rot.  I call the contractor and he came out and told me I should have hire a professional painter as the joints weren't chaulk and that was the reason for the rot.  I believe if you build something you should finish it and if the joints needed to be chaulk it should have been done by him.  He never did explain why several of the floor boards on the deck and stairs have also rotted and they are not near any joints.  I also have two of the 4x4 post that have rotted where they nail the railing to.  When he was done was when he told me he didn't take away the extra cuttings and scraps of wood left from the job and gave me his relatives name that would come and clean up for a price.  I also spent several hours after they were finished taking the wire that attaches the nails for the nail gun off the deck as people would have cut up their feet.  Overall the look was great when built but if it doesn't last 4 years what good is it.  I will be rebuilding this spring with plastic.
