Estimator came out promptly, asked questions as necessary, etc. I had a few quotes. Shea was far lower than any other..They work with Anderson Bulkhead Door for install. Removal/install was 1 day without issue. Job looks like it's done right, may have been a little difficult because sewer pipe wraps completely around bulkhead. Very happy with result, would highly recommend.

Their price was pretty much what they said that it would and it met with my expectation.

I contacted numerous landscapers and  home improvement companies in order to remedy the problem with my front cement steps  which had sunk 13 inches.  Estimates were very high and most stated there would be damage to the lawn caused by heavy equipment.
I contacted Shea Concrete Products and  within a week they arrived, reset the stairs and installed anglers for support and 2 wrought iron rails..The lawn was fine and the work was done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Shea's.

STAIR REMOVAL WENT SMOOTH, ON TIME,AND COURTEOUS. SUB-CONTRACTED MASON, A BIT OF A PROBLEM, DIDN'T SHOW UP THE DAY I TOOK OFF WORK AND HE WAS SCHEDULED TO COME. OF COURSE I WAS UNABLE TO REACH HIM. SOME MISCOMMUNICATION, SUB-CONTRACTOR DID APOLOGIZE AND DIDN'T REALIZE I HAD STAYED HOME FROM WORK, HE GOT TIED UP IN ANOTHER JOB. HE DID MAKE SPECIAL TRIP ON SAT TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS AND WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND DID A NICE JOB AFTER. I FELT $1500 WAS A LITTLE HIGH AT FIRST BUT HE DID HAVE TO CUT THROUGH SOME ASPHALT AND EXCAVATE BEFORE POURING CONCRETE. HE COME AT LEAST 30 MILES WITH 2 TRUCKS CARRYING EQUIPMENT, MUCHO GAS. A FEW DAYS LATER THE NEW STAIRS WERE INSTALLED AND LOOK GREAT!! I THINK SUB-CONTRACTORS CAN OFTEN BE A PROBLEM, ESPECIALLY ON SMALL JOBS LIKE THIS.
