The job went very well. We were extremely pleased.

Great! Scott and crew were very easy to work with and when the delivery of our new quartz counter top was delayed he adjusted his schedule to remove the old counter top & sink and disconnect the plumbing at the last minute for us. Once the new counter top was in he scheduled us in right away to complete the job. They did a great job!

Job successful. You would not know the units ever had the tambour.

It looks amazing - we now have a real lockable, no-leak, basement door. It was all done in one day and at a very reasonable price. We would definitely hire Scott again.

Their work is beautiful with close attention to detail - exactly what we wanted. They are very professional, punctual, and friendly, and their pricing was spot on. I was impressed by how quickly they were able to fit our little job into their schedule. They were able to get the job done in two days - it could have been 1 if the lumber yard had not run out of the crown. They were back 3 days later to finish the entryway. We will definitely be hiring them again.

Scott and his talented nephew showed up five minutes before scheduled. Perfect! Then they spent time with us and our new appliances (that did not fit). All worked out well, and they came back the next day for a little more work. I'd definitely hire them again!!! Good, honest, down to earth - and normal guys!! 

Amazing. Scott sent his worker Mark along to help fix up our bathroom. I can't say enough nice things about him. He did great work while being friendly, punctual, and amazingly quiet considering the work he was doing. I look forward to hiring them in the future.

Scott showed up on time and a colleague. His colleague is the one who performed the work. He was very professional. The wooden railing came out great and he even touched up the wall around the carpentry work when he was done. I was very pleased with how quickly it was completed and how professional it looked. The railing was in an awkward space in our finished attic, but he made it look like it perfectly belonged there.

Scott came and gave us an estimate and was able to send one of his guys to do the installation just a few days later. The work was well done and the door looks great. We were very satisfied with their work and would definitely use them again.

Scott and his crew worked exactly the amount of time he'd estimated. He said 4 days, it was 4 days. They were extremely friendly and respectful of the property. They were also very respectful of entering the house and never used our bathrooms. They showed up every morning at 8:00 am and left every day at 4:30pm or later.  They worked full days, all four of the days and worked non-stop during the hours they were here. I have to say, they were very hard workers.  We'd never experienced anything like this before.  Our typical experience with previous builders/contractors is that they really don't care about the homeowner or getting the job done in a timely manner, if at all.  During previous jobs from other carpenters, we'd get maaaybe 2-3 hours per week and then they'd disappear for long periods of time. Not only were Scott and his crew here every day, and finished by the estimated date, but they were very tidy and thoroughly cleaned at the end of each work day. On top of all that, they did a GREAT job. The house looks so much better and we are very pleased. We will definitely be calling Scott again in the future.  Did I mention how super-friendly he and his entire crew were?

Scott and his crew were great to work with.  We had several estimates for this project and Scott was very reasonable and opened to doing a "smaller project".  The demoed our front stairs, removed the old doors and large porch window, built a new exterior wall, install two windows and two exterior doors.  They replaced the porch floor board with Azek boards, rebuilt the porch stairs with Azek railings and decking, poured a new concrete step and re-shingled the new exterior porch area.  They also did some electrical work (new door bells, replaced porch lights and new outlets)

We just installed new carpets in our basement, and while putting the doors back in we realized that the doors needed to be cut. I contacted Scott using Angie's List. Scott was very prompt in getting back to me, with a reasonable price. I hired him.
He arrived on time on the work day, was very professional and tidy in his work. The overall work was very clean, quick, way beyond my expectations and of course reasonable.

Scott came out on the same day I called to patch a damaged area of the roof and install a vent. He replaced a cracked roof board and reshingled that area. He was very professional and his final price was exactly as estimated. He even gave me advice and instructions on some plumbing work I was doing. I would definitely contact him if I had any further work.

Scott and his team were fantastic.  I was impressed by the quality of their work, their punctuality, and their professionalism. I have been asked to give Scott's number to friends and family on several occasions after they saw his work-and I did. The room they completed was perfect! He even went above and beyond to protect items in the room, clean up afterwards, and he always let me know what was going on. Scott made the experience easy!

I was having hardwood floors installed and the installer said the kitchen floor wasn't level.  I searched Angies's List, found Scott and he came out that day to look at the floor.  He did the work the following day.  A big section of the floor needed to be removed and the beams underneath had to be sanded. Great job, I would definitely call Scott again.

Scott did a great job.  He showed up on time.  Finished the job early.  It looks beautiful.  He installed a front door and screen door.  Built front steps.  He repaired the sill.  The steps not only look great but are built strong and sturdy.  He was professional.  I would hire him again.  The only thing is that I wouldn't let him put the dumpster on my front lawn again and ask that it be put in my driveway. I've had negative experiences in the past with contractors so I was hesitant about hiring one again but I would recommend Scott to anyone.

I was very impressed with the work done by Scott Robichaud.  I hired him to rebuild my rotting wooden garage doors, and the entire bottom half needed to be rebuilt from scratch (fortunately the top half with the windows was salvageable and could be re-used).  Scott was prompt, diligent,  professional, courteous and returned my phone calls promptly when I had questions about the choice of wood.  He also worked tirelessly during some very hot days (I don't think he even took a lunch break!) and I was very pleased with the final product.  My garage looks so much nicer now!  I would willingly hire Scott again.
