Extremely rude and unprofessional when contacted to verify information on report. Appears to cut corners to turn a quick buck. Would avoid at all costs in the future. Do yourself a favor and hire ANYONE else.

Arrived on time, gave good information, dug up the septic tank cover for us (no charge since it was the first time we were having it inspected and didn't know where it was).

They arrived at the scheduled time and things went well. We setup an annual cleaning and the date is already set for next year. That makes things very convenient.

Chris is extremely friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. In addition, his prices were the best I found after calling a few different providers in the area. He even came back months later when I was having an issue with a clogged filter and cleaned the filter the day after I contacted him regarding the clog. He couldn't have been more helpful or responsive. I'll use him for all work related to my septic system in the future.

Piece o' cake. Very friendly, quick service and very accommodating. I live alone so it can be a challenge to get someone to the house to do work. He was kind enough to schedule me around lunch time then gave me a call about half an hour before he got to my house so I was able to run home on my lunch hour. Will definitely use again. The cost was very reasonable and being able to lop off $30 by digging up my septic cover myself was great.

Chris was very friendly and knowledgeable. Being first time home owners' we really appreciated Chris taking the time to show the tank as he pumped it out and explain what he could observe regarding the condition of the system, what we were doing right and what more we could do to help prolong its life.

Chris was awesome. Prompt and professional. Having never had my septic tank pumped before, I had no idea what to expect. I wasn't even entirely sure which cover accessed the tank. Chris took care of everything. We weren't even home when he serviced our system. Afterwards, we talked on the phone and he answered all my questions. Very friendly and courteous. Chris is very professional and great in explaining what needed to be done and who he recommended. He was fast in coming out as always and he put my family and myself at ease with his knowledge of what needed to be done.

I used them at my last house and they did so well I called them again at my new one. They're great at communicating through the Angie's List app. While pumping they educate you through the whole process which was very informative. Everything went great.

I found Ray Lepore & Chris Lepore's Septic Co on Angie's List where it had a top rating on service and price along with great reviews. I live in Middleton, Ma and was happy to see they service my area. I spoke on the phone with Chris who is more like a septic system service evangelist than a worker. He educated me on the process prior, delivered the service on time and exactly as he described. Afterwards he spoke to me on the phone on exactly what he did, the status of my septic tank, and how I should maintain my system. He also shared with me his business values .. things like responsiveness, availability, and quality have sustained the company for generations. I will be using them every year and highly recommend.

I called Ray Lepore and Sons after our plumbers couldn't fix the toilet plug downstairs. The plumbers told us to call someone to have our system pumped. I checked quickly Angie's List and decided to try Ray Lepore and Sons. When I talked to Chris, I told him there was no rush since the toilet worked upstairs. Chris told me that it was a problem and would backup upstairs also. He also told me that he probably would come the next day, but would try to come that day if he could. Chris came in about two hours and was surprised that our system was as bad as it was. Chris was wonderful and pumped our system. In the spring I plan to have Chris come back to pump our system again. Hopefully it is not too far gone. .

I had a septic backup, and called Chris the following morning. He gave me a two hour window when he'd be able to make it that say day. He called before he got there to give me a heads up, and arrived on time. He cleaned my 1500 septic system, and explained how it all works to me, as this is my first septic system. Chris does all the septic pumps, and is a true professional. He is easy to talk to, and is fair and transparent on price. I'd use him again in a heartbeat.

Very relieved that our 50 yr old septic tank is still in good condition! They pumped the tank and spent about 20 minutes explaining the condition of the tank and what we'd do if and when the tank does need to be replaced, relieving our newby-septic tank owner fears. We will definitely use them again if an issues arises and for annual insurance pumping.

Chris was extremely responsive. Of course this was a Saturday (doesn't everything break on a weekend?), and Chris was able to make himself available in 1 hour to come look at things. Chris took the time to explain my particular system and even demonstrated some things I could do myself to avoid a service call in the future. He was very knowledgable, courteous and in the end extremely helpful. He went the extra mile by opening some clean outs in my basement to clear any other potential blockages. I will definitely use him and his company again in the future.

I called Ray Lepore & Sons based on the excellent reviews by other members as it was my first time pumping my septic tank at my new home. The company called back right away, was very professional, and scheduled time for service. Chris Lepore came during the specified time window and actually took the time to explain how my septic system worked. After explaining everything, the service was performed with no problems. I informed Chris that I wanted a new septic cover as I was afraid that the existing cover was not safe and they came promplty the next day and replaced the cover...excellent service! I also had to place a call to them for an emergency pump out due to a septic pump that had ceased working (installed by another company, nothing to do with this company). Chris came right out as promised to perform the emergency service. I am very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service. I will be using them for all this kind of service going forward.

Chris came out to pump the septic tank this morning. He was professional yet personable. He got the job done and also took the time to educate me on how the septic tank worked and gave me advice. The pricing was also very reasonable.

I was having some plumbing work done at our house and the plumbers called me at work about mid-morning and said to finish what they needed to do I would have to have the tank pumped before they could replace the pipe they were working on. I called Chris right after getting off the phone with them and he said that he would be able to come out in about an hour after he finished with some other calls. The only reason I gave a B on the punctuality was that it was more like 3 hours before he made it out there, but that's understandable since I had no appointment and was asking for an emergency visit. The plumbers weren't too pleased, but, they should have warned be that they might need it pumped. Anyhow, I appreciate that he came out and the price was reasonable, plus he made some suggestions of things to watch out for with a septic system.
