The "technician" turned out to be the cause of the problem and not the solution. During the annual burner clean out he didn't change the Suntec strainer, he didn't replace the worn out electrodes, he didn't adjust the air flow inside the furnace which was too high, but he did replace the nozzle with the wrong one. It should have been an A nozzle, but he installed a B. So with a weak fuel stream, wrong nozzle, worn out electrodes and too much airflow, my furnace wouldn't light. How do I know this? Because the guy that I hired to fix it after him told me so. He also said that these fixes were all very basic. The guy from Lohrman Heating just kept doing very expensive and unnecessary"repairs" like installing an ball valve to my fuel tank and adding a Tiger Loop to the furnace and walking out my door with checks for hundreds of dollars without fixing the real problems. Stay Away!
Description of Work: Their "technician" attempted to fix my furnace.
