Joe messaged me late at night and promptly the next morning to help with my electrical issues. He was up front and honest, and did not try to up-sell us on any work. Maybe best of all, my wife felt very comfortable with him and that he wasn’t taking advantage of the situation with her being home and working and not having a complete grasp of the work that needed to be done. I’ll 1,000% use him again going forward.

I called in a bit of a time crunch and was able to get them over to my house within a few days with all the equipment needed for the job . He took care of it all . Less stress in a busy time of selling our house . Very friendly and was very polite while listening to me yammer on :)

Did a great job with the work, but took three months to schedule my inspection. Did the job 4 weeks before the COVID shut down. Then used it as an excuse to push the inspection further. I had to call the city myself and they confirmed they were still doing inspections. When I confronted him with this information very upset, only then was my inspection scheduled for the very next day. Three months after the work was completed. Excellent work quality though.

"Hi Shamere, we apologize for the delay in the inspection. As discussed every town had different reopening dates. Your town only opened up 4 days before you called us back. When we spoke at the beginning of COVID shutdown your town hall was closed. Some towns are still not open or open part-time. Also it has been tough reaching inspectors because they are working remotely. Unfortunately we also lost Alex our technician to the national guard on March 16th. He still has not returned to work. We are a small family-owned company and this has been tough trying to schedule both work and inspections. Again, I am sorry for the inconvenience."

Joe is amazing. I was in a bind as my previous electrician had retired. He came on a Saturday within the hour that he said he was going to come to the house. Even with COVID-19! He was professional and understanding. He called me the next day to make sure I was fine, something my old electrician ever did.

Great customer service/ quality of work all around. Was in need of a quick outlet repair for my electric stove. Joe was easy to get to/talk to on the phone and booked a time slot at his earliest availability. The day of the appointment Joe called in the morning and mentioned that it could be done earlier in the day! The gentleman (Alex) working for Joe showed at the exact hour, listened carefully to my request, gave me a detailed breakdown of all the cost and upon my agreement did all that needed to be done quickly and efficiently. Few minutes after Alex left Joe followed up with a quick call making sure I was satisfied with the overall job. Indeed I was. That pretty much sums it all up. 5 *

Joe came out for an estimate and provided a quick yet thorough review of the job and provided a couple of recommendations and different pricing options. He and a team member came to the house promptly at 8am to begin the work and take inventory of all materials needed. They came back a couple hours later with all of materials and completed the job before the end of the day despite running into a few challenges along the way. Joe is very approachable and easy to talk to which make it easy to trust his input, and for that reason alone I booked him for this job and will likely do so for future needs.

The did what I wanted no more being cold if we lose power. We don't usually lose power but after 2107/8 power outage for three days I didn't want to take a chance we are not ready for problems and we won't be freezing plus we will not have to worry about the furncace/sump/refrigerator Thank you
