"Hi Shamere, we apologize for the delay in the inspection. As discussed every town had different reopening dates. Your town only opened up 4 days before you called us back. When we spoke at the beginning of COVID shutdown your town hall was closed. Some towns are still not open or open part-time. Also it has been tough reaching inspectors because they are working remotely. Unfortunately we also lost Alex our technician to the national guard on March 16th. He still has not returned to work. We are a small family-owned company and this has been tough trying to schedule both work and inspections. Again, I am sorry for the inconvenience."
