I wish I could give them a better rating as they are close to my home and have great hours. On multiple occasions I have had service work done there on 2 different cars and had to return my vehicles because work was not completed properly. On 2 occasions I had tires/wheels swapped from winter/summer and the tires were installed but they were not inflated properly - they simply screwed them on and never even bothered to check their inflation -- how does a tire store do that?? I asked for tires to be rotated -- they were not (2 other occasions). I had brake repair work done to fix a bad caliper but the issue was not resolved and clearly no one road-tested the car as I discovered the problem in under 1 mile of driving. On each occasion someone apologized or removed charges from my bill as it was clear that it was their issue. Each time the issue was resolved but I don't want to have to mark my tires to see if someone REALLY rotated them?? I felt like the guys out front were being cheated by the guys in the shop. It was one sloppy job after another - I moved on.
