Dave replaced a rusted steel bulkhead door and steps. He nicely sized up the project only replacing the necessary pieces without needing to redo the underlying frame. His work style was very detail oriented -- after the old doors and steps were removed he cleaned and applied a rust inhibitor to all remaining steel pieces, even taking care to mask the foundation from overspray. At the end of the job, the work area was completely cleaned of all trash and debris. A recycler took the old steel for free and those saving were passed to me in the final bill !
