CMS Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

CMS Plumbing is excellent. I needed to replace my old water heater, and while doing that, I had three other jobs done as well. I reached out to about eight plumbers, and about three replied. CMS Pluming is the only one who visited my house (Dave, one of the owners of CMS) and the only one to provide a quotation in writing, rather than just an estimate. CMS Plumbing is large enough for someone (Lisa) to be able to answer calls during normal business hours, and professionally schedule the work, which was not an emergency. When Dave visited, he took the time to explain the various options. When Dave's plumbers came to my home, Dave stopped by to make sure that the work was going well, which it was. After all the work was done, there was a minor problem with the kitchen faucet a few days later. I called, they came over, and solved the problem in a few minutes for free. I highly recommend CMS Plumbing for major plumbing repairs and installations. They stand behind their work, which is well done. They are probably excellent for other work, such as emergencies and new plumbing, as well. Details of the four jobs: (1) Replaced my oil water heater with an electric water heater. CMS took responsibility for the minor electrical work, so that I didn't have to coordinate an electrician. I was without hot water only from the morning to mid-afternoon. They took away my old oil water heater, capped the oil line, and capped the exhaust duct. (2) Backyard spigot: they installed a new spigot and indoor ball valve for shutoff. The new spigot has its shaft through the wall and turns off the water indoors, so that if I forget to close the ball valve and open the spigot for the winter, I will likely not have a burst pipe. (3) New laundry plumbing replaced a dented pipe and included a shutoff valve that conveniently shuts off both hot and cold water if I'm leaving for a vacation, to avoid a leak from my washing machine or its hoses (4) Kitchen faucet was replaced.

Absolutely incredible! Dave and his crew were extremely professional and super clean given how messy I thought the job could have been. Dave came to my home multiple times to discuss options and the exact timeline. His communication throughout the process was exceptional and the workmanship is evident as well. I look forward to working with CMS plumbing in the near future!

excellent, they came the next day

We use them for our A/C. My husband with them so they were reasonable. Quality was excellent. Responsiveness was excellent. I would use them again. The were on time. They are easy to deal with. You do not fee like you have someone in your house they were very nice people. Very trusting, and they respected your property. They did not come through messy. They were very good to deal with. Most of it was one person but later in the day it was 2 or 3. No complaints at all.

They actually came when it snowed out. They had to disassemble the tub before they brought it in. It was a lot of work and I was very pleased. Their prices were reasonable and they had very good products. They had enough in the displays that you can pretty much walk up and down the cost factor so it made it well worth while. They had a big warehouse attached to their office with all these outlets. I spent $7500.

Dave at CMS Plumbing is a *gem*. He is so pleasant, reliable, experienced, quick to respond to calls and service is prompt, on time and so reasonable. I won't use any other plumbing company now that I've found the best. He uses top notch plumbing equipment and supplies. He has come out to me in a moment's notice with multiple emergencies, even in the dead of winter at 10:30pm. I just can't say enough about CMS Plumbing. I feel so good that I am set for life as far as having a reliable, pleasant, prompt and affordable plumber. I'll never go anywhere else.

Everything went very well. The plumbers were quiet, polite and did good work. The tub knob was hard to turn so one of the plumbers came back the next day to adjust. I was very pleased with the attentiveness, professionalism and the quality of the work.
