Everything went well! It took about 3-4 weeks to get an appointment but it was worth the wait! They fixed the dent and honored their stated quote. They also put on some accessories I had purchased for the car. This sounds small but was very nice since the dealership wanted to charge a ridiculous price that prevented me from moving forward and other shops didn't have the right equipment. Very pleased and will use again if needed!

Charlies Auto Body were excellent. They took my car about a week after the accident and had it for about a week. They also fixed for free an issue that was not related to the accident for me. They were courteous and prompt. The work they did was excellant.
I would recommend them to anyone for auto body repair.

They're reasonable and professional. They've been in business for 25 years, too. The owner is very personable - you can bargain with him.

My car was rear ended and needed the bumper to be fixed. The insurance company recommended this company. The accident happened on January 11th they could not take the car until January 21, 2013. The cost which was paid by the insurance company was about 3,000.
There were another issue with the car that was not related to the accident that we asked them to look at and fix.
We got the car back in about a week and half due to waiting for the appraisal from the insurance company. But they fixed the bumper and they also fixed the part not related to the accident and did not charge me which was really nice.
I would definitely go to them again if I needed any auto body work.

Tom Doucette who took over his father's auto body business a few years ago, was extremely courteous, patient, and knowledgeable with both the estimate of our car's damage and repairing the car charging exactly what his estimate stated. Job was done on time schedule agreed.
