Fencing Service
This was the most frustrating and horrible experience I have ever had with a contractor. We hired Jerry in October of 2006. At that time he told us the fence would be completed in 6-8 weeks. After 10 weeks of no contact from the company, I started making phone calls to see what was going on. Most (80%) of the calls went unanswered or unreturned. I got the phone number of his wife (Debbie) and called her repeatedly as well. Every time I got ahold of someone I would be told the same thing...that they would be able to start in 2 weeks. But the 2 weeks would come and go with no work and I would have to start making calls again. The fence was finally installed in August of 2007...10 months later! Originally, they tried to install the chain link fence without cement footings. When I complained they poured cement in the holes which is now above the ground level. When I complained about that I was told, "It's not my problem if you don't like the look of it," and he demanded final payment.
