Several areas of trim work had finish nails protruding from trim and was never countersunk. One area of trim work was put over a wall that still had some rough work needing to be touched up but trim was placed over and the horrible finish was ignored. Resulting in the finish trim needing to be removed, the rough work needed to be finished correctly and the trim being redone by a different contractor. Missing parts of finish work where a knot had been under the window and was not addressed until we had complained about the lack of workmanship.
Extension jambs around some windows installed incorrectly resulting in the window not being able to be opened for cleaning, again another contractor corrected this issue but only after we had complained to the general contractor. To this day one of the window sills is still not level due to the poor workmanship.
If you are considering hiring this contractor based on being nice than I would agree but if you are considering based on finish work I would not recommend this contractor. I cannot provide a cost of work as this was all done through general contractor.
