Carpet Cleaning
Overall, it was a total waste.
It did not dry. Ended up ripping out all the carpet, perhaps getting ripped off for the $500 I spent with them and had to install a new floor $$$. The company may be okay for a simple carpet cleaning but I would strongly recommend against using them for flood problems.
What I found is that the personel must not have been properly trained to do any serious flood recovery. Had I used a company that really knew what they were doing, I might have been able to save the carpet.
